A defining feature of Olympia Park is its extensive practical training infrastructure.
The school has 22 workshops, comprising four Motor Mechanics workshops, three Plumbing workshops, three Welding and Sheet Metal workshops, five Agriculture Studies workshops, two Food Production workshops, two Sewing workshops, and dedicated facilities for Consumer Studies, Hairdressing, and Nail and Beauty training.
Additional infrastructure includes an agricultural tunnel, hydroponics facilities, Medical Centre, School Hall, Nutrition Centre and feeding programme, together with sporting facilities comprising three netball courts, a soccer and rugby field, two cricket nets, an athletics track and two long-jump pits.
The range of practical activities available to learners extends to aquaculture, butchery, tractor and forklift operation, motorised bicycles and scaffolding, alongside the school’s core occupational programmes.
The school’s specialisation model is reflected in its focus on Sheet Metal, Consumer Studies, Agricultural Studies and Motor Mechanics, while its broader philosophy is centred on skills, work and value-driven education.
